  2. If this is your first time booking with us via the self-book Virtuoso booking portal, you will need to create an account first and ensure you are booking under the BonnVoyage Travel portal and not the general booking. This functionality is currently available only on WebView.

  3. Once you have completed your booking, you will receive a confirmation email. BonnVoyage will reach out directly to our partner hotel and request the official confirmation showing your exclusive amenities, perks and VIP status.
